The Jagang Provincial Aviation Club was inaugurated on August 28. Its inaugural ceremony was attended by Kim Jang Won, secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, relevant officials, builders, other working people and coaches, players and employees of the club. Choe Kwang Ho, vice-chairman of the provincial people’s committee, delivered an inaugural address. He said that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who ensured that an aviation club was set up in each province clarified problems arising in the construction and operation of those clubs as he examined their mock-ups.
