Flower baskets and bouquets were laid at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang in the name of Party, government and armed forces organs, public organizations, ministries, national agencies, units of the Korean People’s Army and the Public Security Forces, and institutions, enterprises, factories and universities at all levels in Pyongyang.
The representative of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-imperialist National Democratic Front and his staff members laid bouquets at the statues of the President and the Chairman.
The visitors paid their respects to the great leaders at their statues as they offered the eternal glory to the President and the Chairman who set for the times an example of founding a revolutionary party which regards "The people are God" as its noble ideal and put the dignity and status of the Korean people on the highest level in history.
An endless stream of people flowed to statues of the great leaders and the portraits of their beaming images in different places of Pyongyang, including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of Public Security and the Mansudae Art Studio.
Officials, working people and service personnel in all other parts of the country paid homage to the great leaders at their statues and the mosaics of their beaming images in their localities.
