Amid the growing confidence in sure victory and courage of all the participants who received guidelines for the implementation of the programme for the rural revolution and national economic development in the new era, the enlarged meeting of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea continued on February 28.
At the third-day sitting of the plenum, there were sectional study and consultative meetings to frame scientific, realistic and dynamic measures for further accelerating the implementation of the Party's rural development strategy and economic policy.
Cadres of the Party and government are guiding those meetings.
The participants in the plenary meeting made an intensive study of General Secretary Kim Jong Un's conclusion clarifying the development strategy and policies for achieving the sustainable growth of agricultural production under the uplifted banner of the rural revolution and further promoting the comprehensive development of Korean-style socialist construction.
On the basis of the main idea of the historic conclusion, the sectional study and consultative meetings focus on finding in real earnest the ways for radically improving the work of each sector and unit and making constructive suggestions.
