The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a flower basket from Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party on his re-election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The Lao ambassador to the DPRK conveyed the flower basket to an official concerned on February 23.

Written on the ribbon of the flower basket were letters reading: "I extend warm congratulations to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on your re-election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea".
