The 15th Commodity Exhibition at Pyongyang Department Store No. 1 opened with due ceremony on October 29.

On display there are at least 1 740 000 commodities of thousands of kinds, including industrial goods, foodstuff and household goods produced by consumer goods production units across the country.

Present at the opening ceremony were Kwak Jong Jun, minister of Commerce, officials concerned and officials and working people in the relevant field and production and commercial service units.

Kwak Jong Jun delivered an opening address.
