The director of the Russian external information agency criticized the US and the West for conniving at and inciting the terrorist crimes of Ukraine in a meeting of chiefs of security and special agencies of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on October 7.

He asserted that Ukraine and its Western patrons launched a terrorist war against Russia and its people as they have become unable to expect strategic victory in the theatre of war.

The US and NATO member nations have actively incited Ukraine to commit acts of terrorism and have even involved themselves in the murders of Russian citizens and the act of sabotage against its infrastructure, he disclosed.

As a result, dozens of the Russian official figures, socio-political activists and journalists have been killed since the start of special operations.
