Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a press conference on October 15 clarified again the government's stand not to stop the special military operations even a moment.

He said there would be no ceasefire in Ukraine because a ceasefire would give Zelenskiy time to replenish weapons.

Saying that Zelenskiy is persistently begging for weapons to attack the power infrastructure of Russia, he stressed that the purpose of the special military operations is clear and consistent, unlike the West’s stand on the Ukrainian crisis, and Russia will not stop the operations even a moment.
