Belaru President points to the need to be fully ready
October 19, 2026Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko on October 13 pointed to the need for all security and law-enforcement organs to be fully ready so that they could cope with the worst situation.
At a meeting for reviewing the results of the inspection of the combat posture of the special police force under the Ministry of Interior, he pointed out that the state security organs should act boldly and swiftly with professional vision.
The State Security Council and other relevant organs are conducting a large-scale inspection to make not only the army but also the whole country ensure unity of action in case of emergency, he said, stressing that Belarus should not only provide for possible situations but also be thoroughly ready to cope with potential aggression by neighbouring countries.
