Kangwon provincial friendship delegation leaves for China
October 19, 2026A Kangwon provincial friendship delegation of the DPRK led by Hwang Man Bok, chairman of the Kangwon Provincial People's Committee, left Pyongyang on October 17 to visit Jiangsu Province, China.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials concerned and the Chinese ambassador to the DPRK.
