The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement to warn foreigners again not to stay in or visit Ukraine.

Referring to the fact that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have systematically dealt merciless intensive blows to munitions objects in the capital city of Kiev and others in retaliation for Ukraine’s terrorist acts against the peaceful residents and civilian infrastructures of Russia, the statement said that foreign citizens and diplomats should not stay near munitions objects in Kiev and other cities.  

Russia has already warned so several times, it said, adding that those who ignore the warning will have to bear full responsibility for the negative consequences resulting from their stay in or visit to Ukraine.  

It emphasized that the intensive retaliatory blows of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation against Ukraine’s terrorist acts will continue.
