Russian delegation of Service Department for Diplomatic Corps arrives in Pyongyang
September 30, 2026A delegation of the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps under the Russian Foreign Ministry led by Director General Vyacheslav Fatin arrived in Pyongyang on September 28.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy officials.
