Delegation of DPRK Ministry of Culture returns home
September 30, 2026The delegation of the Ministry of Culture of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea led by Minister Hyon Un Chol returned home on September 28 after attending the 12th Sankt-Peterburg International Cultural Forum.
It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture, and Vladimir Topekha, minister-councillor of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
