A Russian delegation led by Konstantin Mogilevski, vice-minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, arrived in Pyongyang on September 28 to take part in the Second DPRK-Russia Rector Forum.

Officials concerned and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy officials greeted the delegation at Pyongyang International Airport.
