Developing countries are intensifying and expanding exchanges and cooperation to overcome economic difficulties and achieve sustainable development.

Recently, the seventh meeting of the technical cooperation organization of the member states of the Islamic development bank took place in Egypt.

At the meeting, the minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Overseas Compatriots of Egypt announced the initiation of the “Cairo dialogue for coping with crisis”, saying that the initiative would help share experience of different countries, build partnerships and preserve state organs and forces of several countries in the face of the perennial crisis.

He said that developing countries should actively exploit their expertise and resources and expand the participation of the private sector in various fields such as technology and finance, and thus build a broader international development partnership.

The memorandum of understanding signed at the meeting between the Egyptian development partner organization and the Guinean and Tunisian cooperation organization became the framework of three-party cooperation in technical support, knowledge sharing and strengthening of forces.

The meeting also discussed several issues for boosting exchanges and cooperation among different countries. The Egyptian foreign minister, at the talks with the minister of Foreign Affairs, Expatriation and Overseas Compatriots of Tunisia, stressed the need for firm bilateral relations between the two countries and sustained development of relations in various fields.

Developing countries are strengthening inter-state cooperation.

The trade between Tanzania and Uganda will be greatly promoted when the transportation infrastructure using Lake Victoria and ports of Tanzania is developed according to the agreement between the two countries on strengthening bilateral relations and regional cooperation.

Zambia and Ghana have developed the bilateral relations into a comprehensive economic partnership and are promoting cooperation in various fields such as trade and investment.

Recently, Tanzania and Egypt agreed to strengthen cooperation in various fields including agriculture, public health, education and transport, and South Africa and Namibia committed to intensifying bilateral cooperation in trade, industrial development and regional integration.

Indonesia and Vietnam are strengthening cooperation in the fields of agriculture, science and technology, electric vehicle production, digital economy, maritime affairs and security.
