DPRK youth delegation returns home
September 26, 2026The youth delegation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea led by Paek Un Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, returned home on September 23 after taking part in the international youth festival held in Yekaterinburg of Russia.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Ju Hyok, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the SPYL, and Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
