A delegation of the Korean Central News Agency led by its Vice-President Pak Kang Ho left Pyongyang by air on September 19 to take part in the celebrations of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies to be held in Moscow, Russia.
