The Chinese delegation of young cadres led by Li Jingxian, vice department director of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, left Pyongyang on September 18.

The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang Railway Station by officials concerned and the charge d'affaires ad interim of the Chinese embassy in Pyongyang.
