Kim Myong Su, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, met and had a talk in a friendly atmosphere with leading members of the Chinese delegation of young cadres headed by Li Jingxian, deputy department director of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, which paid a courtesy call on him on September 14.
