DPRK youth delegation leaves to take part in international youth festival
September 11, 2026A youth delegation of the DPRK led by Paek Un Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, left Pyongyang on September 9 to take part in the international youth festival to be held in Yekaterinburg of Russia.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Myong Jin, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the SPYL, and Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
