The Songyo Knitwear Factory has recently registered T-shirts and various other products as February 2 Products and ensured the rate of approved goods at over 99% by improving the quality of knitwear.

The technical preparation room created well over a hundred original designs on the basis of analysing consumers’ growing demand and information on standard of popular knitwear.

It also introduced various functional raw materials to establish the knit structure, dyeing, printing and other production methods for producing high-quality knitting.

Technicians of the industrial lab contrived an instrument for measuring the intensity of broad-stitched seams by their own efforts and intensified research for improving the precision and performance of analysing and production facilities.

As a result, they increased the precision of collar dyeing of students’ shirts and sportswear by changing the mode of temperature regulation of a dyeing machine and completed the technical remodelling of sewing thread winding and small dyeing machines.

And the factory developed and introduced a method of producing knitted fabrics for outer garment using Tetron rayon yarn and a colour matching simulation program and remodelled a heat treatment temperature control system, thereby increasing the variety of knitted fabrics and remarkably reducing the deflection of heat treatment temperature to boost the rate of approved dyed fabrics.

At present, it constantly improves the quality of knitwear by periodically examining consumer feedback on the newly set standards and their economic efficiency in close contact with a relevant unit and correcting shortcomings.
