The men's and women's football teams will compete with each other at the league matches, divided into three groups respectively, and the first and second placers of each group and the two best third-placers will play knockout games in the quarterfinals to decide the final rankings.
The Sobaeksu Team beat the Ryomyong Team 3-0 and the Hwaeppul Team the Jebi Team 2-1 in the men's football matches on August 2 and the Naegohyang Team defeated the Sobaeksu Team 3-0 and the Amnokgang Team the Kigwancha Team 5-1 in the women's football matches.
