The controllers of the central control room increased the hourly production capacity of equipment by using a rational operation method suited to the particle size of main raw materials and the condition of crushers and performed technical management of the production processes in a responsible manner, thus raising the daily and shift outputs.

The workers and technicians of the calcination workshop in charge of the main process of production produced a lot of clinker by conducting positive technical innovation activities for increasing the operation rate of equipment.

The compound raw materials workshop overfulfilled its production plan every day by introducing an efficient cooling method and the cement workshop raised the output by increasing the capacity of the crushers while mixing additives in a scientific and technological way.

The Samchong Mine, the Sangwon Limestone Mine and the Hwachon Coal Mine also registered good production results by introducing advanced blasting methods and increasing the operation rate of equipment.
