On behalf of the Chinese party, government and people, I express heartfelt thanks and extend sincere greetings to you and the Korean party, government and people.

The Communist Party of China and the Workers' Party of Korea are the Marxist ruling parties.

For a long time, the two parties, sharing joy and sorrow with each other, relying on each other and sharing life and death with each other in the thrilling days for achieving the independence of the countries and the liberation of the nations by rallying and leading the two peoples, have made strenuous efforts while dynamically advancing along the broad avenue of socialist construction and joined hands in propelling the steady development of the two parties' and the two countries' cause and injected great motive power into the China-DPRK friendship handed down through generations.
