Political and cultural activities were conducted to mark the 80th founding anniversary of the University of National Economy.

A scientific symposium stressed the importance of the university’s position and duty in victoriously advancing the Workers’ Party of Korea’s cause of building a powerful socialist country. It also referred to the issues arising in training management personnel who are possessed of loyalty to the Party, the revolution and the people as their mental qualities and have deep insight based on Party policy and professional qualifications.

On the occasion of the significant founding anniversary, an art performance was given and football, volleyball and other sports games took place to add pleasure and optimism to the teaching staff and students.
