The Russian Foreign Ministry made public a countermeasure against Canada’s hostile acts in a statement on June 16.

The statement said that as a countermeasure against the indiscriminate anti-Russia sanctions by the Canadian government which keeps providing the neo-Nazi authorities of Ukraine with spiritual, financial and military and technical support, Russia will forbid 103 Canadians, including those who joined in speaking ill of its constitutional regime and foreign policy and illegally confiscating its state assets, to enter the Russian Federation.

Intolerable are the hostile acts of the Canadian politicians who denied the rights and interests of Russia and systematically and completely damaged the bilateral relations for no reason, it noted, adding that the country will as ever take due reprisals against the provocative acts of inciting the Kiev authorities to terrorist acts against it and interference in its internal affairs.
