Russian President Vladimir Putin on May 22 condemned a terrorist attack by the Ukrainian army on a college in the Lugansk People’s Republic.

There are no military targets, no objects of special agencies or related facilities near the college, he said, and stressed that the midnight attack of the Ukrainian army on the college confirmed the terrorist and neo-Nazi nature of the Ukrainian authorities once again.

The claim that Ukrainian drones shot down by air defence means of Russia accidentally fell on that building is mere sophistry, he said, and entrusted the defence ministry with making a plan to cope with such crimes.

The drone attack on the college in Lugansk claimed six lives and left 39 wounded and 15 missing.
