First half-yearly plans fulfilled by youth shock brigades at coal mines
May 26, 2026All the youth shock brigades at coal mines under the Kaechon Area Coal-mining Complex that are out in a drive for increased production have fulfilled their first half-yearly national economic plans.
The Kil Yong Jo Youth Shock Brigade of the Kaechon Coal Mine, the Cha Kwang Su Youth Shock Brigade of the Pongchon Coal Mine and the Kim Kwang Chol Youth Shock Brigade of the Joyang Coal Mine were the first to attain the tunnelling goals for the first half of the year by early April by ensuring the full-capacity operation of face equipment.
The Cha Kwang Su Youth Shock Brigade of the coal mine for supplying coal to Jagang Province, the O Jung Hup Youth Shock Brigade of the Mujindae Youth Coal Mine and the Kim Jin Youth Shock Brigade of the Sinrip Coal Mine carried out their tunnelling tasks to provide good coalfields.
Amid a vigorous mass technical innovation drive, rational blasting methods were widely introduced and mass movements waged dynamically to steadily increase coal production.
