DPRK team advances to semifinals of 2026 AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup
May 13, 2026A quarterfinal match for the 2026 AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup was held between the DPRK and Thai teams on May 11.
The DPRK team succeeded in scoring goals in the 17th and 20th minutes and an own goal was made by a Thai player in the 45th minute. It also scored goals in the 47th, 70th and 81st minutes in succession in the second half.
As a result, the DPRK women footballers defeated the Thai team 6-0 and advanced to the semifinals.
