Provincial friendship delegation leaves for Russia
May 13, 2026A South Phyongan provincial friendship delegation of the DPRK led by Ri Song Bom, chairman of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, left Pyongyang on May 11 to visit Amur Region of the Russian Federation.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the South Phyongan Provincial People's Committee and a staff member of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
