In addition, the factory set up a technical guidance system centring on its new technology development lab in order to enhance cooperation among technicians, production guidance officials and workers and introduce new technologies and ideas into production in time, thereby intensifying technical guidance over production.

The factory has also introduced a scientific quality management system into the whole process of production.

To this end, it drew up and issued the guidelines for employees about how to inspect the quality of products by themselves at each process so that workers can test the quality of their products and quality inspectors can enhance their role.

It arranges the regular technical study by focusing on how to control the factors affecting quality in production processes and dispatches relevant personnel to farms to get acquainted with the performance of its products and take relevant measures.
