Ukrainian official laments loss of ability to produce military technical equipment
April 19, 2026The chief of the Ukrainian presidential office recently admitted that Ukraine has lost the ability to produce such military technical equipment as tank and missile by itself.
Nothing in the components including all the current defence means and drones is Ukrainian-made one and Ukraine has lost the ability to produce any guided system and cannot produce even a single tank by itself.
Deploring that his country stopped the production of them by itself 20 years ago, he complained that the West, however, does not sell it specific parts and equipment necessary for the production of military technical equipment.
