Russian delegation arrives in DPRK
April 15, 2026A delegation of Russia’s independent federation of trade unions headed by Chairman Sergei Chernogayev arrived in Pyongyang on April 13.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Song Ho, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, and Vladimir Topeha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
