Chinese foreign minister leaves Pyongyang

Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and foreign minister of the People's Republic of China, left Pyongyang on April 10 after visiting the DPRK at the invitation of the DPRK Foreign Ministry.

The Chinese foreign minister and his party were warmly seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Choe Son Hui, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and foreign minister of the DPRK, officials of the DPRK Foreign Ministry, Wang Yajun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy officials.

The plane carrying the Chinese friendship missions left Pyongyang amid a send-off by crowds of people.
