General Secretary Kim Jong Un’s Revolutionary Activities

Now that the whole country is brimming with the great glory and joy of having held Comrade Kim Jong Un, the outstanding leader of the Juche revolution, in high esteem again as head of state of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, a performance was given by artistes in celebration of the successful First Session of the 15th Supreme People's Assembly on March 23.

The venue for the art performance at the foot of Mansu Hill was filled with joy and pride of the people who are firmly convinced of the bright future of the country, which will be more prosperous and thriving, as they held Kim Jong Un, who is vigorously opening up a new heyday of comprehensive development by leading socialist Korea to a brilliant victory under the uplifted banner of the people-first principle, in high esteem as the top leader of the DPRK.

When he came out to the venue together with the deputies to the 15th SPA, the entire audience and performers broke into stormy cheers as a token of their highest tribute to the top representative of the dignified Workers’ Party of Korea, state and people and the banner of all victories and glory.

Among the audience were the participants in the First Session of the 15th SPA, officials of ministries and national agencies and citizens, youths and students in Pyongyang.

Put on the stage of the performance, which began with the female group singing and chorus "Do Prosper, My Motherland", were the masterpieces on the theme of patriotism reflecting the thoughts and feelings of all the people who are determined to love and glorify their motherland, the most beautiful and greatest country in the world, all their lives.

The audience were filled with great excitement and pride as they enjoyed the numbers encapsulating the spirit, mettle and pride of Korea, where all the people are dynamically advancing along the road of socialism toward the bright future of comprehensive national rejuvenation, sharing destiny with their country, in the era of transformation when the great revolutionary ideology and ideal have become the immortal banner leading the times and are shining as the signpost of struggle.

The performance ended with the solemn playing of the national anthem of the DPRK. It hardened the Korean people’s absolute faith that the DPRK will prosper forever as it is led by Kim Jong Un, their dear father who represents the great strength of socialist Korea, and their unshakable will to remain faithful to him, entrusting all their destiny and future to him.

When the performance was over, stormy cheers of "Hurrah!" went up again.

He expressed deep thanks to the performers for expressing the wholehearted and invariable support for the DPRK government through an excellent performance, and warmly waved back to the cheering crowds.

The performance further boosted the high spirit, patriotism and revolutionary enthusiasm of the Korean people who are determined to build a socialist paradise, where all their dreams and ideals are brought into full bloom, on this land, remaining single-mindedly loyal to his leadership.
