The respected Marshal Kim Jong Un received a letter of thanks from the members of the congratulatory group of the General Association of Koreans in China (GAKC) on March 7.

In their letter they, in reflection of the unanimous mind of all the members of the GAKC, expressed their gratitude to him for inviting them to the commemorations of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Seeing with reverence, together with the people in the homeland, the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un reviewing with pride the great victory achieved in the past five years and illumining the way ahead of the country that will eternally prosper on the high platform of the Ninth Congress of the WPK, we have hardened our conviction in sure victory that as we are led by the Marshal, our socialist homeland is safe and steady and victory is always in store for our people, no matter what formidable enemy may attack, the letter noted, adding:

Touring the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers' Party of Korea, Hwasong Street, Pyongyang General Hospital, Kangdong County Hospital and several other places, thanks to the favour shown by the respected Marshal, we were convinced of the brilliant distant future of the WPK, the victory of the socialist cause to be achieved before long and the ever-prosperous future of our country full of happy laughter of the people.

We will steadily develop the GAKC, which is valued by the respected Marshal as a precious patriotic legacy of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, into a powerful organization to be valued and followed by the compatriots, and do our best to preserve and glorify the sacred relics of the peerlessly great men and anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners in Northeast China.

In the letter they pledged to become a patriotic organization and patriots that make tangible contributions, sharing mind and keeping pace with the people in the homeland in the sacred course of comprehensive national rejuvenation, in a fresh era of national prosperity, indicated by the Ninth Congress of the WPK.
