General Secretary Kim Jong Un’s Revolutionary Activities

Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, had a photo session with the participants in the Ninth Congress of the WPK on February 26.

The delegates and observers were filled with deep emotion and joy as they would have a photo taken with Comrade Kim Jong Un, symbol of all victories of the Korean people and outstanding leader of the Juche revolution, against the background of the venue of the glorious Party Congress where they invariably held him in high esteem as the general secretary of the WPK.

When the General Secretary arrived, all the participants broke into enthusiastic cheers of "Hurrah!" extending the highest glory to him, who has energetically led the WPK to fulfil its historic mission and role as the guiding banner of the socialist cause and as the genuine leading political organization, while working heart and soul and day and night for national prosperity and the people's well-being.

He gave warm encouragement to the participants who displayed a high degree of Party spirit and revolutionary spirit and great creative initiative in the responsible discussion to reflect the unanimous will of all the Party members and other people, always mindful of the deep trust and expectations of their Party organizations and the important mission entrusted to them by the times and history.

Expressing his expectations and conviction that all the participants would play a vanguard role in the sacred struggle for national prosperity and the people’s well-being to carry out the important policy-oriented tasks set forth by the Party Congress, he had photos taken with them.

All the delegates and observers made a solemn pledge to fulfil their revolutionary duty as the core of the Party in the honourable struggle for implementing the decisions of the Ninth Party Congress by upholding the ideology and leadership of the Party Central Committee with the faith and will of absolute loyalty, deeply cherishing the noble intention and ardent affection of Kim Jong Un who repeatedly places deep trust in them calling on them to become the vanguard of the revolution serving the people while in their lead.
