The Central Committee of the Korean Social Democratic Party and the Central Committee of the Chondoist Chongu Party sent congratulatory banners to the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Through their banners, the friendly parties extended the highest glory and the warmest congratulations to the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, who is leading the era of the comprehensive development of socialism, the era of our-state-first principle, to victory, on the occasion of the glorious Ninth Congress of the WPK.

Congratulatory banners also came from the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and the General Association of Koreans in China.

Embroidered on the banners are letters reading: "We extend the highest glory and congratulations to the great Marshal Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea".
