Credentials of Iranian ambassador accepted

Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, was presented with the credentials of the Iranian ambassador to the DPRK from Masoud Pezeshkian, president of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Upon authorization of the President of the State Affairs of the DPRK, Choe Ryong Hae, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly, received the credentials from Iranian Ambassador Abbas Talebifar at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on January 28.

He had a talk with the ambassador in a friendly atmosphere.

Present there were Pak Sang Gil, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, officials concerned and a staff member of the Iranian embassy.
