Agricultural workers of the Songjuk Industrial Crop Farm under the North Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee and the Sillyang Farm of Songnim City greeted an auspicious event. New houses have been built there, true to the noble intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea Central Committee to turn the whole countryside across the DPRK into a paradise for the people.

Ceremonies of moving into new houses took place on the spot.

Present there were officials of the Party and power organs, builders and agricultural workers in North Hwanghae Province, Songnim City and Yonthan County.

Congratulatory addresses were delivered and licences for the use of houses were handed over.

As farmers began moving into new houses, the farm villages were in a festive mood as cheerful peasants’ music was played and performances and dance parties given.
