The rich harvest in the socialist farm fields of the DPRK this year is associated with the efforts of the rural youth workteams and sub-workteams across the country that devoted their sincere efforts to farming all the year round.

Thanks to the vigorous efforts of the young vanguard who turned out in the drive to attain at any cost the grain production goal set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea, gold ears of grain swayed in fields and more than 160 rural youth workteams and sub-workteams across the country were honoured with the title of high-yielding workteam and sub-workteam.

They put their heart and soul into farming in the fields, raising the hot wind of scientific farming and high-yielding emulation with a high sense of responsibility that they are defending the agricultural front.
