New Year greeting cards issued
December 30, 2025Creators of the Art and Literature Publishing House and the Korean Central Fine Arts Studio and lecturers and students of Pyongyang University of Fine Arts created greeting cards on various themes on the occasion of the New Year 2026.
The greeting cards show the excitement and joy of the people witnessing the stirring reality, in which the whole country is undergoing change day by day along with the new era of civilization and prosperity and their strong desire to uphold their powerful country forever.
The cards showing new streets in the capital city, fairyland villages across the country and modern regional-industry factories add to the pride and self-confidence in Korean-style socialism where all dreams and ideals of the people come true.
They also show the reliable sportspersons who created eye-opening sports legends one after another in international games this year, redoubling all the people's confidence in victory and optimism and glorifying the dignity and might of their great state all over the world.
There are also cards reflecting the happy looks of children learning to their heart's content and growing up under the care of the motherly Workers’ Party of Korea and the traditional beautiful customs and manners as well.
