The Kangso Sprayer Factory has produced a lot of backpack sprayers to send them to the socialist countryside this year.

Among the products are tens of thousands of new-type backpack sprayers which are more convenient to use for the high air compression ratio.

Until early this year the factory upgraded its production processes with dozens of pieces of modern equipment in over 10 kinds including plastic injector and hose extruder and built an annual capacity of producing hundreds of thousands of backpack sprayers and various other kinds of spraying equipment.

It established a system for correctly analyzing the characteristic indexes of different kinds of plastic waste, including melt index and tensile strength, by using various means of analysis, and for sorting the waste, thus making it possible to use recycled raw materials according to purposes. Meanwhile, the sector in charge of supplying raw materials remodelled the waste polypropylene resin washer to increase its capacity and clean the waste more effectively, thereby providing the processing processes with sufficient recycled raw materials.

The extruding workteam increased productivity over 1.3 times while lowering power consumption as compared to previously by making a new materials mixer while increasing the operation rate of extruding equipment used for the production of sprayer can and air-compression box.

The injection workteam made and introduced different kinds of moulds for horizontal automatic injectors with its own technology, thus increasing the productivity of the backpack sprayer parts more than ten times.

The ironwork workteam chose a rational structure capable of increasing the bending strength of the loading nose of backpack sprayer and introduced a bar rolling mill and straightening machine in contact with a relevant unit, thus boosting the quality and productivity of products while saving 20 percent of materials.

The factory introduced a surface cutting and drilling jig of air-compression box into piston assembly to increase the reliability of work and the assembly speed 1.3 times. And it invented and introduced a setting frame for simultaneously tightening the screws of the piston and air-compression box, thereby qualitatively assembling thousands of backpack sprayers every day.
