The Saesol Farm in Munchon City and the Roun Farm in Chonnae County of Kangwon Province have undergone big changes beyond recognition.

The completion of the houses designed to ensure modernity, cultural refinement and diversity while preserving the features of the relevant areas makes it possible for the agricultural workers there to lead a worthwhile life, fully enjoying socialist civilization.

Present at the ceremonies of moving into new houses held on the spot were officials in Kangwon Province, Munchon City and Chonnae County, builders and agricultural workers who would move into new houses.

Addresses were delivered and licences for the use of houses were handed over to be followed by speeches.

Delightful performances and dance parties were given and the villages were in a festive mood. Officials visited the families moving into the new houses and encouraged them to honourably greet the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea with proud labour achievements.
