The Juche-oriented view on the people and people-centred philosophy are the viewpoint and attitude of regarding the masses of the people as masters of the revolution, advancing the revolution by relying on their inexhaustible strength and devotedly serving them.

Korean-style socialism is the people-centred socialism embodying the Juche-oriented view on the people and the people-centred philosophy.

In the DPRK making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people has been established as a revolutionary trait of the Workers’ Party of Korea and a national trait of the state and it has become the most important affair to fulfil the demands of the people and promote their interests.

In the worst situation at the time when the country is experiencing severe difficulties, people-oriented policies are being enforced invariably and gigantic construction projects for the happiness of the people boldly undertaken on a nationwide scale.
