Meeting standards just ensures quality of products

Improving the quality of products in the overall economy is an important matter now when a period of comprehensive development for national prosperity is being ushered in.
The issue of improving the quality of products is directly related to standardization.
Our factory is putting primary efforts into improving the quality of products by thoroughly meeting national standards.
In recent years, it has raised the technical level in the design of the patterns for shirts of primary and junior middle schoolchildren and sportswear of children of schools for orphans. In particular, it upgraded the relevant equipment and ensured the rational selection of heat treatment widths of relevant fabrics in order to meet national standards in ensuring the elasticity of fabrics, which was previously a problem arising in the production of the shirts.
It has also developed more than 10 kinds of new products, including underwear and shirts, by making various knitted fabrics with silk yarn, high-stretch yarn and others.
And it has improved standards in a planned manner as part of technical management.
After amending and supplementing the technical regulations and standard operating methods of different facilities and processes, including thermal dye-sublimation printer, steam generator and dyeing waste water purification process, it is now controlling technical processes on a high level.
Now it ensures the qualitative level of the products as required by improved national and sectoral standards by regularly examining and amending the shapes and sizes of the products and setting and deliberating on the standards of different products.
Numerous goods in 150-odd kinds presented by our factory were rated as excellent at several consumer goods exhibitions. This is because we thoroughly established a quality control system for each production process to turn out all products according to standards and actively aroused the enthusiasm of the employees.
Standardization is an important way to put production on a specialized basis and thus improve the quality of products.
