Russian president blasts West for its wrong policy
July 7, 2025Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized the West’s wrong policy in a recent telephone conversation with the French president.
Saying that the Ukraine crisis was caused by the West’s policy, he noted that Western countries are building anti-Russian advanced bases in Ukraine, ignoring the legitimate security interests of Russia.
It is Western countries that still deliver arms to Ukraine and prolong the dispute, he said, adding the sources of the dispute should be removed and the geopolitical reality considered to control the situation very carefully.
