The 561st triplets born at the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital left the hospital on June 9 amid the blessing of all people.

The mother of the girl triplets is Pak Song Mi living in neighbourhood unit No. 3 of Wolhyang-dong, Moranbong District, and their father is Kim Kwang Song, an officer of the Korean People's Army.

Pak Song Mi was hospitalized immediately after being diagnosed as being pregnant with triplets in October last year, and provided with various kinds of nutritious foods and tonics on a regular basis under the best medical care.

The triplets born last March weighed 2.38kg, 1.93kg and 1.7kg respectively at birth. And they weighed more than 4 kilograms at the time of discharge.

The triplets leaving the hospital in good health thanks to the benefits of the socialist healthcare system and their parents were warmly seen off by doctors and nurses.
