A delegation of Korean schoolchildren in Japan led by Ho Kyong, principal of Korean High School in Kobe, arrived in Pyongyang on June 3 to take part in the celebrations of the 79th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.

They were greeted by Kim Song Il, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, and officials concerned at Pyongyang International Airport.
