An event took place at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on May 5 to mark the International Day of the Midwife 2025.

Present there were officials of the Ministry of Public Health, officials concerned and medical workers of the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital and others in Pyongyang.

At the event there was a speech. 

And announced there were the ways for the health care of pregnant women and nursing mothers and infants at a time when disaster occurs.
