The 2025 Symposium on Medical Science took place at the Sci-Tech Complex Pyongyang from April 7 to 9 under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the Medical Association of Korea.

The symposium was held in the form of academic and research seminar in the fields of hygienic and anti-epidemics, Koryo medicine, surgery, internal medicine, basic medicine, pharmacy, ozone treatment, intervention treatment and rheumatism treatment. Present there were scientists, researchers, teachers and medical workers in the public health sector.

More than 400 research papers of significance in clinical practice and valuable medical sci-tech achievements made in the anti-epidemic and public health fields were presented at the symposium.
